Regional Coaching Directors (RCDs) are responsible for all Coach and Athlete Development initiatives within their respective regions. They will work closely with their respective Regional Directors (RD), Coaching Coordinator (CC) and Technical Coordinator (TC).

General Responsibilities:

* Manage the courses and update changes
* Coordinate courses within the region or national
* Organize coaching seminars, conferences or workshops at regional levels and national level
* Ensures that register is accurate by providing input and feedback to USAB
* Advise and guide participants to take courses suitable for their level
* Work with the CC and TC to organize Athlete Camps within regions
