U.S. taking on Spain at BWF World Junior Championships 2022

The BWF World Junior Championships 2022 will take place from October 17, 2022 to October 22, 2022 in Santander, Spain at the Palacio de Deportes de Santander.

USA was defeated by Japan, 0-3, in the first playoff match on October 20, 2022. They will next face Spain on October 21 at 1:00 PM local time (October 21 at 4:00 AM Pacific time). Livestreaming will be available by Badminton Spain.

The U.S. is represented in the team event by Ella Lin, Adrian Mar, Chloe Ho, Aaron Bai, Natalie Chi, Ryan Ma, Kodi Tang Lee, and Andre Chim. They are supported by Head Coach Andy Chong, Assistant Coach Hendry Winarto, and Team Manager Trenton Szeto.
