USA Badminton (USAB) is the recognized national governing body for the sport of badminton in the United States. As the national governing body, USAB oversees a multitude of systems, but our ultimate goal is to create and foster increased participation in the sport of badminton nationwide as well as develop and support our American athletes. We are dedicated to serving our community while practicing our core values of integrity, diversity, equality, respect, and commitment to athletes.

USAB oversees sanctioned tournaments nationwide, develops grassroots initiatives, certifies and educates coaches, and prepares the best players in the nation to excel in international competitions.

USAB sends teams to major international events, to name a few: the Olympic Games, Pan American Games, World Championships, Sudirman Cup, Thomas and Uber Cup, and World Junior Championships. USAB also hosts major national championships such as the US Adult National, US Junior National, and the US Senior National. USAB also works closely with Badminton World Federation (BWF) to provide educational tools for coaches as well as athletes.

As our community continues to grow, USAB looks forward to working with all our members and welcomes everyone. We are currently headquartered in Colorado Springs.
