Four things to know about the 2023 Yonex U.S. Open Badminton Championships

There are only a few weeks left until the Yonex U.S. Open Badminton Championships in Council Bluffs, Iowa on July 11-16. Here are four things you should know:

  1. Global All-Stars: Nearly 200 athletes representing more than 30 countries are expected to compete, including many of the athletes with top-10 world rankings.

  2. Top-U.S. Athletes: More than 20 U.S. athletes will compete, the Americans will be led by women’s singles player Beiwen Zhang, currently ranked No. 14 in the world and a two-time previous winner of the U.S. Open.

  3. Top-notch Facilities: Four competition courts, six practice courts and two warm-up courts, all provided by Yonex, will be set up with underlayment at the Mid-America Center to provide the best playing experience.

  4. Get Your Tickets: Spectators can purchase tickets at the door, or purchase now through TicketMaster. Daily tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children.
