Team USA Announced for 2023 Pan American and Parapan American Games

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Badminton has announced the 12 athletes who will represent Team USA at the Pan American and Parapan American Games in Santiago, Chile this fall. Competition for the Pan Am Games will take place Oct. 21-25, while the Parapan Am competition will take place Nov. 22-26.

Beiwen Zhang headlines the roster as the top-ranked American athlete for the Pan American with a No. 10 world ranking in women’s singles. The next highest ranked athletes are the mixed doubles team of Vinson Chiu and Jennie Gai who currently sit at No. 32

Miles Krajewski enters the Parapan American Games as the top-ranked American athlete with a No. 7 world ranking in men’s SH6 singles. In mixed doubles he will partner with Jayci Simon, together they are currently ranked No. 8 in the world.
