U.S. Athletes Approach Final Stretch in the Race to Tokyo

With the Olympics drawing near, the qualification period is set to end on June 13, 2021. The rankings list on June 15 will be used to determine the individuals who have qualified for the Olympics.
For the U.S., women’s singles players Iris Wang and Beiwen Zhang, men’s singles players Timothy Lam and Howard Shu and the men’s doubles pair of Phillip and Ryan Chew are still in the running for Tokyo.
The remaining qualifying events for the U.S. athletes are;
Peru International 2021 (April 21-25),
XXIV Pan Am Individual Championships (April 29-May 2),
Portuguese International Championships 2021 (May 6-9),
Yonex-Sunrise India Open 2021 (May 11-16),
Celcom Axiata Malaysia Open 2021 (May 25-30),
Singapore Open 2021 (June 1-6)
For Para badminton, the final Olympic qualifier will be the Spanish Para Badminton International 2021, where Miles Krajewski will be representing the U.S.
