Located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Convention Center spans 14 blocks of the city’s Central Business District. The Convention Center hosts a wide range of events including: conventions, conferences, corporate meetings, sporting events, concerts, trade shows, banquets and consumer shows.

Securing this tournament is part of the Fort Worth Sports Commission’s strategic plan to position Fort Worth as a world-class sports destination by investing in events and relationships at the Olympic level.

USA Badminton joins the long list of national governing bodies that have held or will hold national championship level events in the city within an 18-month period. Other championship events include: USA Wrestling, USA Track and Field, USA Fencing, USA Karate, USA Gymnastics, USA Taekwondo, USA Table Tennis, and USA Weightlifting. The combined impact of these events equates to 50,000 estimated room nights and $31.7M in direct economic impact.
