U.S. Athletes Ready for Santiago 2023 Pan American Games

The start of badminton competition at the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games is just one day away as the U.S. athletes prepare to compete. The Pan American Games, the largest multi-sport event in the Americas, takes place from October 20, 2023 to November 5, 2023. Badminton, taking place at the Centro Nacional de Entrenamiento Olímpico, begins on October 21, 2023 and ends on October 25, 2023.
The Team USA badminton team will march tonight in the Opening Ceremony alongside their fellow athletes.
On October 21, Howard Shu kicks off the U.S. matches as he faces Argentina’s Santiago Adrian Otero at 6:30AM Pacific time on Court 2.
Justin Ma faces Guatemala’s Kevin Cordón at 8:00AM Pacific time on Court 1.
Beiwen Zhang faces Venezuela’s Maria Rojas Camacho at 12:00PM Pacific time on Court 1.
Jennie Gai faces Guatemala’s Adriana Barrios Chiong at 2:00PM Pacific time on Court 2.
